These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ember app ("Ember", "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Ember Is

Ember is a personalized mobile browser built for audio and video, offering a fast and customizable playback experience. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ember lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party websites and services you access through the App;
• Only access content that you are entitled to access, and respect the intellectual property rights of others;
• Take sole responsibility for the content you choose to view or access;
• Not use the App for any illegal, infringing, or abusive purpose, and not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App.

Ember is a general-purpose tool; you are responsible for how you use it.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Ember offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its design and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Content you access through the App belongs to its respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
